Richard D. Linnell, J.D., is a graduate of the University of Michigan (93’) and the Wayne State University Law School (98’).  Mr. Linnell has been involved in real estate since 1996 and focuses his experience in commercial and residential real estate as well as corporate law.  As both counselor and owner, he has been actively involved in commercial and residential real estate development including acquisitions, entitlements, development, complex financing, syndications and workouts.

John B. Swift II, J.D. is a graduate of Northern Michigan University (’01) and Michigan State University College of Law (’09) where he worked on policy issues for the Office of the Governor of Michigan and the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.  His current focus includes litigation, transactional matters, commercial and residential leasing, boundary disputes, land contracts, quiet title actions, administrative licensing, compliance, mortgage priority, and estate planning.  He is a licensed real estate agent and possesses extensive experience in sales and contract negotiation.

Erik C. Stein, J.D., is a graduate of Michigan State University (’05) and The University of Toledo College of Law (’08). While attending law school, Mr. Stein distinguished himself as the chairperson of The University of Toledo’s Moot Court Team. In addition to being inducted as a member of the Order of the Barrister for outstanding oral advocacy skills, Erik has also received numerous awards for his work as a student and involvement in community service. Erik has been admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the Northern District of Ohio, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Monroe County Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Consumer Bar Association. Erik focuses on consumer bankruptcy law, family law, tax, and criminal defense matters.
