At Linnell & Associates our team of attorneys and staff works throughout the state of Michigan with a concentration in the Metro Detroit area as a full-service real estate law firm that counsels clients on a wide range of real estate based legal matters.

Who We Are / What We Believe

Linnell & Associates was formed in 2009 in response to the homeowners’ need for assistance during the economic downturn due to the housing crisis. Rick wanted to help homeowners who had been adversely affected by this crisis. The firm’s complete understanding of the short sale and loan modification process, attention to detail, and team of skilled negotiators have led the firm to help thousands of individuals successfully complete a sale.

We remain dedicated to helping individuals and businesses eliminate debt, but as the economy continues to grow, Rick also became involved with other aspects of the real estate transactions and the legal needs of the realtors and brokers with whom the firm has developed relationships. Rick continues his interest in commercial and residential real estate development.

We believe that a well-rounded firm able to assist a client with any area of real estate law is essential to providing outstanding service.
