JESSICA T. BOOTH
Jessica joined Linnell & Associates in September of 2014. Having relocated to the area from Saginaw, Jessica has been in the legal field for over 25 years. After joining the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Michigan in 2002, she received her national certification as a paralegal in 2005 from the National Association of Legal Assistants. Jessica served as the lead paralegal of the litigation department at her former firm assisting in many multi-million dollar cases and high profile lawsuits. With her extensive background in litigation, Jessica serves as both our litigation paralegal as well as Rick's assistant. In addition to her litigation background, Jessica has experience in all areas of the law including criminal, family, business, estate planning and real estate.
In her off time, Jessica participates in community theatre and enjoys boating and kayaking.
Office Manager/Legal Assistant
Kathy joined Linnell & Associates in 2010. She received her Bachelor's Degree from DePaul University in Chicago after which she began working as a litigation legal assistant. After getting married, she relocated to Detroit where she continued to work as a litigation legal assistant until she took time off to raise three beautiful children.
Kathy enjoys working with clients, contractors, and other team members of Linnell & Associates as the office manager and a legal assistant. She finds the multifaceted nature of her position presents her with new challenges everyday and allows her to work in many different roles.
When Kathy is not working, she keeps herself busy raising her children and being involved at their schools and extracurricular activities. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and family whether gardening, hiking, or traveling.
Legal Assistant/Foreclosure Specialist
Ashley has worked in the real estate law field for 7 years. After working at one of the top foreclosure law firms in Michigan for 3 years, she joined Linnell & Associates, in April of 2012. Her focus is loss mitigation and non-judicial foreclosures.
She has assisted with negotiating and closing nearly 1,000 short sales and deed in lieu transactions since joining the firm. Ashley's favorite things to do in her spare time are going to the movies, attend concerts, read, and spend time with family and friends.
Paralegal/ Loss Mitigation Specialist
Bunni has more than 25 years of experience working in litigation, probate, and real estate. She joined Linnell & Associates, at its inception in 2009 and has negotiated/closed more than 1700 short sales/deeds in lieu/redemption sales during that time along with handling probate estates, tax lien negotiation, debt reduction, and title issues.
Bunni attended Wayne State University and the Institute for Paralegal Studies. She is an affiliate member of the Birmingham-Bloomfield Women's Council of Realtors; past president of Temple Shir Shalom, past president of the Metropolitan Federation of Reform Congregations and a former board officer of the Northeast Lakes Council of Reform Congregations and Union for Reform Judaism.
Bunni resides in West Bloomfield, with her husband, Allen. They have two adult children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys long-distance walking and trained and completed the Free Press 1/2 Marathon over three-times along with many 5k races.
Loss Mitigation Specialist
Faye has been with Linnell & Associates since February 2014 and has experience in both real estate and the mortgage industry. She serves the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Before joining the Linnell team, Faye had 12 years in the mortgage industry and 6 years in the commercial real estate/property management fields. Being licensed in real estate has given her a better understanding of the field which has been helpful in her current position.
Faye is a Michigan native and has lived locally all her life. She and her husband enjoy boating and summer activities.
