Andi Courey


Prior to joining Linnell & Associates, PLLC, Andi attended Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. She started as a paralegal in 2003 and has worked in the real estate industry since 1999. Andi is a Michigan licensed Realtor®, Certified Assessor Tech, and Limited License Appraiser.

All throughout her twenty plus year career, Andi has been extremely dedicated to clients and laser focused on providing top notch service. She pays great attention to detail and is very thorough in the care she provides to every client. As a paralegal she was responsible for database administration, deposition summaries, and drafting a variety of legal documents: including pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery requests and responses.

Andi’s strengths lie in her persistence, individualized attention, problem solving, and having real world experience within most of the areas of practice that the firm handles. She leads by example, and her habit of being an active listener makes team members feel appreciated and heard. Her door is always open to everyone.

Andi enjoys spending time with her family, playing trivia, kayaking, skiing, running, and glamping.

Kathy Culkeen


Kathy joined Linnell & Associates in 2010. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from DePaul University in Chicago after which she began working as a litigation legal assistant. After getting married, she relocated to Detroit where she continued to work as a litigation legal assistant until she took time off to raise three beautiful children.

Kathy enjoys working with clients, contractors, and other team members of Linnell & Associates as the office manager and a legal assistant. She finds the multifaceted nature of her position presents her with new challenges everyday and allows her to work in many different roles.

When Kathy is not working, she keeps herself busy raising her children and being involved at their schools and extracurricular activities. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and family whether gardening, hiking, or traveling.
