I want to applaud and thank Linnell & Associates PLLC for such a charitable gesture of goodwill they performed on my behalf and perhaps other realtors as well. I was featured in HOUR Media 2022 Real Estate All Stars and Linnell Law firm made a contribution to Humble Design Detroit for me in receiving that recognition. Humble Design is a non-profit organization that helps families & Veterans in need which I didn't have knowledge of their existence until Linnell's law firm made this contribution but now that I am, I have made others aware of this non-profit to contribute, clothing, furniture and help through the Humble Design org. I thought this was a stand up contribution by this law firm and I plan to refer them as well as a Real Estate firm based off their wonderful reviews! Thanks again!Respectively,Karen Walls

Rick is a wealth of experience information in many aspects of law. He is very approachable, and easy to talk with. Recently I talked to him regarding a reverse mortgage for one of my clients. He spent as much time as we needed to explain my concern. Highly recommend Rick and Linnell & Associates

Similar to most conscientious real estate agents, I try to follow our industry rules and regs closely so that I hopefully never need the services of an attorney, while at the same time, I'm staying busy enough to maintain a viable career. Over the years, Rick Linnell has sat in our Continuing Education classes and has taught on particular subjects and I have gotten to know him in this classroom setting. Since my broker is proactive in keeping his agents well educated with the letter of the law, I have leaned on Rick a few times when I thought it necessary to help a client. I consider him top-notch and have a lot of respect for him. In my 20+ years of selling real estate, several times I have heard complaints from clients about the attorneys they have used in past. I can safely say this is not the case with Rick. I know that attorneys cannot guarantee an outcome, however I feel he has a strong sense of duty and that something very concrete is the result of his actions. Without fail, Rick Linnell is the first call I make and first referral I hand out when real estate law is the topic.Thank YOU, Rick.Quin D'AmicoRE/MAX Showcase Homes

Rick is an amazing attorney! He was booked for two months, yet still made time to help me and answer questions. Meanwhile, other attorneys I have called never gave me a call back. Rick is very responsive and helped me get a better understanding of many things. Definitely recommend going to him! Thank you again, Rick. Appreciate all your help!
